Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

Hello everyone,
i was wondering if there is a way to have the quest text displayed in german.
As far as I know one can download language packs for WoW retail. Not sure if Nostalrius allows me to do this too.
Any information on the topic is appreciated.

Well it is possible but you have to download a german client. Language packs weren't a thing in vanilla afaik

It looked like quests text being server side to me. Is that possible?
