Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I was wondering if anyone knew what the deal with Korrak the Bloodrager was. I can't find him in AV (I've been in a few so far) I've read he's at Snow Fall GY in fresh games but he isn't there whenever I go there.
