[H] MC Gold making runs! Mondays 6pm PST (03:00 server)

Convulsion will be hosting a Gold making MC. Rules are as followed:

Invites to Raid will begin every Monday starting at 6 PM PST (03:00 server time)
**inspect @ Org AH for invites**

The loot system will be a +1 system with MS > OS, meaning if you win an item, and you roll again on the next item you may not get it unless all people rolled against you have also won an item.

The +1 system is not applied for Ragnaros and you may roll on everything but MS > OS.

If you have an Aqual Quintessence you will receive +5 to all rolls
(rolls may exceed 100 with quintessence ex: roll 97, you rolled a 102)

Bindings and recipes are reserved and Eye of Rag will be auctioned
(money will be not be part of the split)

Now for the Money making.
All BoE's that drop will be auctioned per AH or world/trade chat. If you did not receive any loot from the MC run you are eligible to receive a portion of the Gold made from the run.

So lets say few T1 belts/bracers drop 20 cores and ingot all drop, they are all sold and within 2 days if you did not receive loot in that run and stayed till Rag the Gold will split evenly with everyone who did not get loot and sent to you via mail.

You must be Pre-raid BiS or Better to get an invite.

3/28 - Cleared MC (2hrs) 1699 Raised 19 got loot and 21 did not those players received 80g 90s each Binding!!

Last week they suddenly all left the raid after 4 bosses, even if the run was smooth. Leaving everyone with a wasted save. They said it was an alt run and they were tired.

So yeah, wouldn't waste a save again with convulsion's MC run.

Last week they suddenly all left the raid after 4 bosses, even if the run was smooth. Leaving everyone with a wasted save. They said it was an alt run and they were tired.

So yeah, wouldn't waste a save again with convulsion's MC run.

If you had half a brain or an ounce of deduction skills you would have known that we had a total of 7 healers (only 2 of which being priests).

That's about 60-70% strength for your average guild run, and this was mostly a pug (we had about 8 alts and 3 mains from the guild attending). With only 2 priests, and 5 other non-priest healers, it would have made Lucifron extremely difficult, if not impossible. Impending doom is no fucking joke tbh familia. Especially after you factor in the few spells that have to be cast before you're decursed. To reiterate, 7 healers, 2 of which were priests.

It took less than half an hour to fill the raid with pug dps and an extra tank we needed to help out, but then for the next 2 hours spamming world, general, and trade, we were only able to find 5 pug heals to join us on our ultimate quest to defeat the armies of Ragnaros.
As you might be able to deduce from this, after 2 hours of sitting in the raid and nothing happening, people were getting quite tired of inaction and it was time to get the ball rolling or people would start leaving, get cranky, etc. So we decided to see what we could accomplish with what we had (while still looking for healers).

A short way into the MC run, the (regrettable) decision was made to skip Lucifron, and thus Magmadar. Due to the lack of healers, I believe this was the right choice. We went on to Gehennas, then Garr, then Baron Geddon, and decided the risk of a wipe on Shazzrah was too great (Again, due to a great lack of healing buffer), especially with Magmadar still being up and Core Hounds respawning all over the place.
So we moved on to Golemagg the Incinerator. Here we dropped down from Baron Geddon's rune, and immediately engaged Golemagg, which proceeded to be a smooth kill. Here we decided to call it because we were all tired as fuck from looking for healers for 2 and a half hours and killing respawning core hounds with your typical pug tier dps.

Obviously, being gimped by a major lack of heals cut us down to a 4/10 that night, so formally scheduling one with a forum post and all is clearly the way to go. Don't be such a fucktard.

tl;dr we spent 2-3 hrs looking for heals and couldnt do much more than gehennas>garr>geddon>golemagg then called it cause it was late as fuck cause we started late as fuck
