Run went longer than expected but hoping to improve for next week!

Raid took around 3 1/2 hours to complete, 47 people attended, 40 finished on rag of the 40, 20 players got loot, leaving the 20 who did not and split a total of 1496 which was raised from all BoE's which were sold. Each member of the raid who was present for rag kill and did not get loot throughout the run will Recieve 78g and 80 silver tonight once I get home from work via in gamemail.
Not great but not terrible saying the run had maybe 5 guildies of mine on alts and the rest pugs. This will continue to happen each monday and hope to improve time!!
