Not enough. Tank is the most demanded role for 5-10 man instances in my experience.

Tanks are weird in that they are SUPER in demand for 5-10mans, yet for raiding guilds it's very hard to get a slot

Just reduce de cost of respec should change this kind of problem.. server is so far to be a blizzlike, then why just dont reduce respec cost? or develop dual spec or.... anyway, something.

Dual spec, it's an example of the Blizzard retail failure - giiving stuff away to the players, so that there is less and less challange in the game, and so less and less opportunity for skill. The less skill is present in a game, the less of a game it is.

Yes, because paying to respec instead of easily switching between two commonly used specialization takes "skill".
