Addon to Show enemy HP not percentages

For whatever reason on Feenix had HP, here just percentages. I use Xperl and no matter what i do i can only see percentages, I absolutely loath percentages to an extreme and my ocd will not let me rest till im rid of them.
Is there a setting im doing wrong in xperl?

my ocd wont be happy. I coulda swore there always was HP.
modhealth has sated my ocd, although now i have to be patient b4 i hit a skull.

This was added in BC to the Interface options. Feenix probably had BC values on their mobs.

When in BC? I remember being in Kara and PvP in 2.1 and still having mob info for the reason you couldn't see health. Was it 2.4 or something? I remember seeing it in Wrath, but never BC to my memory...

It wasn't added in TBC either, unless if it was in LoL patch. But not before
