I do recall once a priest specced into divine spirit, this skill became acquirable from the priest trainer.

cant find other sites with it but it is not a dropped book.

it was on the trainer now.

still nope, I respecced on my current priest and no go, deleted wdb folder, still no go, even made a new priest, still no Prayer of spirit (5 person buff/60mins)
I don't know what you're doing to get it but no one else can get it right now for alliance.

found the issue. you have to go to the priest trainer in the hall of mysteries in IF to gain the ability.
its not accessible to the starting zone priest trainers.
