No AddOns folder?

So I played a bit when someone said I should download some addons, great idea but then I went to my Interface folder where the ''AddOns'' folder should be, but it isn't.

So I tried creating one and put the addon in there, but in-game no addon button appeared.

I normally installed the game but there is no AddOns folder in the interface.

Any help?
