Quartz Cast Bar

Just wondering, has anyone imported a Quartz cast bar to work with patch 1.12 yet? I liked it when I played on retail because it showed latency factored into your cast, which works pretty well for me since servers are in EU.

Look up an addon called oCB3 (it has to be 3, not 2) it shows latency. The original source is gone, I'm not sure how I got it exactly, might have been an addon pack
