Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I have noticed since rolling on nostalrius that i can't see the hp of mobs and other players not in my party. I am using the same addon set i have used on other private servers (mobinfo2 for example) and i have always been able to see mob hp and player hp using these same addons. Does anyone know how to get mob hp and player hp to show up on nostalrius?
