Where? This button allows you to return the label if they disappeared through off and on

Try resetting your SavedVariables using these steps - since you're running the newest version only touch the SavedVariables files for each of your characters. You don't have to delete and reinstall Questie.

Whats the best way to update to a newer version of Questie and make sure it keeps what quests I already completed and stuff like that?

Open your characters SavedVariables file and back up the below section - as an example here is one of my toons. This will save all the Quest Hashes you've completed. Everything else can be deleted from the file. Once everything is deleted except this section, save the file and delete all other Questie files you can find including the *.bak ones. Do this for each character you want to back up. This will ensure a "fresh" install.

I had older version before, I could move tracking quests frame and there was Toggle Questie button on the map.

f i look in QuestieAstro.lua i understand that if i dont have a mapaddon you made it possible to move and recize teh world map.
Been trying both ingame and in code to recize it without any success. am i poking around in the wrong file?

Yeah, he's right. I only inserted code to remove the full screen back drop and made the Worldmap drag-able in case a user needed more room to see their chat. Unless I wrap the entire Worldmap frame inside a frame that's resizable - at that point you might as well use Metamap or Cartographer.

Quests that are untracked from the QuestTracker will also remove the
objective notes from the Minimap and Worldmaps! I'm not entirely sure
if this was an issue before but at one point while working on this new
feature, every available quest your character could get appeared on the
Minimap. Unless, you're in the zone it won't show on your Minimap
anymore. This is also true for objectives. However, available quests
and objectives will continue to show on your Worldmap no matter which
zone you’re in. This should help reduce the clutter in the Minimap that
was driving me nuts!

I don't know what you mean. I have no Toggle Questie button, it was probably removed cuz I had it in older version of Questie. I have to track all quests from my questlog to see them on the map (Quest Objectives). But then my quest tracker is half of the screen and I can't see shit. If I untrack my quests, I can't see them on the map.

I also can't close World Map by pressing ESC. It works when Questie is disabled but with this addon, my World Map don't close if I press ESC.
