Prat issues

i'm not really sure what is causing this but every time i log out my prat settings dont stick to well. i have to leave and rejoin world chat and other channels just to to use them or even see them and this happens every time i log or reload. my settings havent changed since i made the ui so i dont know what could be the problem. i've already tried deleting the setting and redoing them. is there something else i can do?
