Nostalrius Begins - Quality wow vanilla realm (1.12)

I searched everywhere but cannot find one. I usually can judge it just by animations and stuff but my latency is around 150 on nostal pve server and sometimes i press judgement too soon/late.

for ally 2h weap "bear cast bar" has a "decent" swing timer...
on a separate note for horde just dont bother looking for one...
