NeedToKnow addon for 1.12.1 ?

Hello there. Ive been loking for the addon named NeedToKnow which would work at the 1.12.1 version, but I couldnt find anything at googles, probably because there is no vanilla version of that addon. But, why Im making this thread is, I would like to ask If anybody can name me the replacement addon or anything that would work similiar ? I just need to monitor some of my buffs (and debuffs if nessecary) with separated bars/icons.

Try Chronometer or ClassTimer
