Hi there

My wife and my account are both banned for some odd reason after returning to the server after a small break

Character names:

My account: Revert 49 Priest

Her account: Marena 53 Druid

Please could you look into this as im not sure what could have done this

Neither of the accounts associated with character names "Revert" or "Marena" have ever been banned. You could possibly be temporarily IP banned from too many unsuccessful login attempts. Please read the sticky threads in Support if you need further help trying to login or resetting your accounts' passwords.
