unable to log in
whenever I try to login it says unable to connect or that my account has been closed, not sure why

Your account has never been banned. You might be experiencing a temporary IP ban if you're logging in too many times unsuccessfully. Please read the sticky threads in Support for further help fixing connection and login problems.
