character name is "Mmz" for some reason my account was banned i logged on changed the password with the .command.. went to relog and it was banned.. wont give me a reason or anything for it.. dont really understand please let me know!

okay, i have been looking through the threads cant really find a fix to this issue. everytime i try and log in to the game with the account it will pop up a message saying the account has been banned, and when i try and log on to the website it is saying bad credentials? please let me know if i am doing something wrong. thanks
