Account banned for scamming?? I was playing Roll with someone who was yelling out he was hosting, and after winning a few games, i got booted... When i tried to log in i was banned, ALSO, the other guy is not banned, only me. I checked the forums, and the guy lied to me saying it was LEGAL, BUT also, its supposed to be a warning. I just got banned out of no where, no warning, and when i checked the website, it said " Banned for Scamming ". Character name- Sefvundor

Playing casino games is against the ToU, however you should indeed not have been banned for this if it's your first offense.

D - Last warning.: A last warning is given before a permanent ban. This sanction is applied in case of multiple violations of the rules, or after multiple account interruptions, as well as any of the following:

Casinos;
Multiboxing;
Abuse of in-game bugs;
Any attempt to bribe a staff member;
Organized killing for farming rank and/or honor.

I have to agree with this - Any form of Casino game should be a warning and not an instant ban.

So because you are lazy and doesnt bother even checking the ToU you think you dont deserve a ban? i saw this casino in orgrimmar and was actually thinking about joining in, but well then i remembered that it was illigal in retail, so why risk it - seriously dude, i bet you knew it was a bad thing to do, still did it. im glad your banned

fyi i won like 200-300g there on retail, didnt get banned but on retail you could get banned but just make a phonecall and they fixed it and you said sorry, thats not how it works here =))

This is of course assuming this is your only offense. If you actually scammed or tried to scam someone, then perm ban is the penalty.

Although i did not read the ToU BEFORE playing, and reading it after, this is still my FIRST offense, Where is my warning ;/?

The same place as the warning issued to everyone mining in Silithus.

Silithus mining was considered as a "Abuse of major in-game bugs" which warrants a permanent ban.
