Banned for unknown reason!

Hello! It says when logging in that i´ve got banned. The reason? Unknown.
Im on the PVP realm, and the name is Slaktahoror. Im banned, but havent got any mail or anything why. Thats why im asking here

It says " This World of Warcraft account has been closed and is no longer avaible for use. Please go to blablabla for more information. Whys that? I cant connect to the account, but i cn do other stuff, so it aint my internet

Okey. My bad. But theres still one problem. The hearthstone is gone, and I cant get a new one. I have tried talking to a innkeeper, both the one i had as "Home" , and another 1, but cant get a new one. Any help there ?

Greetings,
Try to set any other Inn as your home. Then you'll get a new hearthstone.
(Sometimes an Inn doesn't work, so try a few atleast)
