is there any way to get my account back ?
i know who did try to hack in my account and he is on of my family member .
i would do anything to get my account back .
if there is any way of getting another chance i would really try my best to not let any one else to use my accounts .
hope you understand me and give me another chance GMs !

No, if someone from your family "hacked" your account, then you hopefully by now learned to keep your account info for yourself and your computer password protected.

Bans for account sharing are not lifted.

That is why you should have read the Terms of Use first.
Terms of Use says account sharing is bannable. Nowhere does it mention any exceptions for e.g. family members.
