1 week ago my account theft and all gold bags items gone except main gear and some stuff.
I changed password and put a IP lock
I dont play game this week and now wanna to open but I cant login game says account banned or something.
also ı cant login main website thats why ı dont understand and cant see if account banned or ı get some error on loging.
please inform me about account condition.

Bumping just increases your wait time since they answer requests by the page they are on, not the date of the original post. Be patient and bump this only if you don't hear a response in maybe 2+ weeks.

This account was banned because it was compromised as a result of the recent gold seller hack wave.
The ban has been placed under compromised account review. The review may take some time to complete. We will get back to you with a determination or more instructions in this thread.
Your issue would have been addressed sooner had you not bumped your thread. Every bump puts you at the end of the line as we handle appeals in chronological order of oldest to newest.
