Hey, I was banned, however to my knowledge I wasn't doing anything that could get me in trouble. What was the rationale for my ban, and can I get it overturned?

The account associated with character Shawtylow on the PVP server was banned by our chat spam system. Please try to minimize the use of public chat channels on characters below level 15, and avoid the use of addons that put messages into chat.
This ban is under review, and we will get back to you with a resolution in this thread.
