cant log into original acc

was wondering whats up as i cant log into my original acc
created a new one and it worked fine
is there some way to restore my original one
was on pve realm
i dont rly remeber the names but i name them always the same

Gortec
or Kiume
can log into nostalrius website with acc name + pw so i found it kinda awkward
