Hi guys,

Please could you check why I can't log my account > Disconected from Serveur anytime I try to log

.

I tried to reset my Password too, but after receiving my Reset-Email-Link, this one only conduct me directly on the HomePage of NR Website, nothing else ... I can't reset It so.

Greetings,

Make sure you are logged OUT of the web page before trying the password reset mail link.

Otherwise, you should not be seeing an instant disconnect, unless you have a country IP lock and your IP address has changed.
