Having trouble loging into website as well as game

Hi, I'm having some issues signing into the game. It keeps getting disconnected after I authenticate. And when I try to login to the website it says I have bad credentials. I've tried to reset my password with no luck. Thanks! Hopefully we can get it fixed

You may have tried to log in during a period in which our login server was down. Please post again in this thread if you are still having difficulties logging in.
If it is in fact working now, please do NOT post that, since it will bump the thread unnecessarily.
