Hello. I have issues logging into my account on the webpage. when entering my information it consistently returns "Bad credentials"

I've reset the password twice trough the "forgotten pw" feature but without success.

I found some FAQ explaining it, but I've checked trough it and there's nothing of the sort that could cause issues

is there something I'm doing wrong? could you otherwise help me?

Greetings,

The account login page will only allow you to log in from the last IP address that you used for logging in from the game. So try logging in from the game first, then after that try the account login page again.
