Unfair ban

i made an appeal and thread got locked saying i was using an anti afk bot that ill remain perm banned. the thing is i dont even have a bot program out of all the bgs i did that weekend i sat at stonehearth gy about twice, not botting though semi afk while both teams turtle but if reviewed my case i was typing in the bg whole time telling people to stop turtling or telling the chinese to move north idk how i could be botting and be active in bg chat, also i was trying to farm my polearm from korrak, idk how i could do this while "botting". Ive even tanked him twice but alliance tagged. I engage in a few arguments last AV weekend aswell also something a bot couldn't do. please review my case more carefully this time. thank you
