Account closed ?

Hi,
I have not been very active in the last few weeks and I found out last week that my account seem close. I get the message the wow account has been closed and is not available to use when I try to loggin.
Why ? What happened ?
Character name is Vanilleicexd on the alliance side on the PVP server.

There is no character named Vanilleicexd on the PVP server. Did you spell it correctly?

Thanks for that. If the character name is indeed Vanillaicexd, then the account has been banned for a second offence of multiboxing.

Thanks you, I indeed mispelled the name of the character.
Could I have a timestamp and/or more details about the alleged offense on my account please ?

We don't generally provide details but I can tell you the dates & times of the two offences.
First offence: 2016-01-07 15:34:05 server time - Warned for multiboxing
Second offence: 2016-04-01 18:40:50 server timer - Multiboxing 2nd offence (banned)

Like I said I have not been active for at least 1 month if not a bit more. My character was resting still in Stormwind between the AH and the bank. I logged maybe once a week or less for a few minutes, mainly moving inside Stormwind.
If the timestamp is right, something happened 4 days ago and since I had trouble loggin in, I'm fairly sure that it was not me... Was the offence in Stormwind ? Is there any way to appeal since i'm pretty sure the account was compromise since I did not log on that date ?
