Lost account

Seems like my account was hacked or i just forgot my password.
Cant login on it using my regular autorisation data.
Cant reset my password, cause account is too old and it was not assotiated to e-mail.

Had an undead mage around lvl 25 and a low level warrior.
Nicknames were Gravehelm and Kenayo.
As i believe login was swordscream.

Can someone help me or account is lost forever?

Spent couple of days trying different passwords but still no use.
