Need help for account transfer from Nostalrius to Elysium

Thank you for brining the Nostalrius and it is really exiciting.
Unfortunately when I tried to transfer my nostalrius account to the new created elysium account, I was told my accout was banned at the step of generating token. My char was banned on 2016.3.22 but is has been unbanned on 2016.4.5 after my appeal and the further investigation by GM team, pls refer to the thread below:

So I think the issue was caused by the date of database rollback and hopefully I can have Notalrius team's help to transfer this char to the new Elysium sever.
