<Perfection> EU PvE in New PvE Realm

[Colossus]

<Perfection> is a newly formed guild composed by a solid core of highly skilled and experienced players who mastered the whole vanilla content back in the days and want to be on the edge again in what is arguably the best vanilla server around to prove our worth.

We like to define ourselves as competitive, quality guild which means we always strive to be among the best and try to push things to limits when it comes to progress, whilst being a friendly and strong social group.
Our philosophy is continuous improvement, which means everyone will be evalued by his performance and top performers will have priority over loot and attendance to raids. In our guild there will not be safe spots, this means if a better player comes around and performs better than you, he might replace you.
We are striving for perfection in raids, this means everyone must do his best to come with best gear available, fully enchanted and with all the required consumables, while we will try to boost things optimizing raid setup (boomkin on caster party, feral druid on melee party, one mage with winter's chill, power infusion for top caster dps). Basically we will try do to everything possible to have a cutting edge performance.
There will be loot council, officers will decide who takes the loot basing their decisions upon: performance – upgrade - time in guild, in a few words: the loot is given to whom deserves it most. This doesn't mean a master looter who decides for the whole raid, but a council of officers/class leaders who will discuss every single item assignment.

Our main goal will be PvE content and worldbosses, even tho we are willing to have some PvP fun as well during dead moments to consume our fat loot in premade battlegrounds, in which we will be no-dodgers and tryhards, with optimized setup, voice chat and all things that matter as well as in PvE.

The guild hierarchy is: Officers -> Core/CL -> Members -> Trial/Social

What we want from you:

High attendance: We want our team to be knit and united to get things done fast and smooth.
Therefore, we expect you attend at least 90% of raids.
Dedication: This means your char should be maximised to the fullest (BiS, buffs, consumables, to bring your best contribution to improve raid performances.
Good attitude: Vanilla is all about doing things together, so no drama queens nor loot whores who ruin the guild atmosphere. Gearing your char is not a vanity rush to pursue alone, but a reward process that comes after naturally when we keep progressing.

Our raid times differs for progress and farming content:
Progress: Wed – Thur – Sun – Mon - Tue 21.00 – 24 CEST (basically everyday minus Fri-Sat)
Farming: Wed – Thur 21.00 – 24 CEST

We don't care how much people play, one can even just log to raid, as long as he comes prepared and performs well.

Regarding hierarchy, it's not a dictatorship, there is no GM but a council of officers and decisions will be vote based, the other ranks are just to cathegorize people according to their time/role/activity in guild.
