LF "casual" raiding guild on PvE server!

I'm new here, just learned about Nostalrius and the PvE server to come. Would like to find a guild before it launches.

I'm looking for "casual" raiding, in that I don't care about server firsts or anything. I'm actually quite "hardcore" in regards to how much I play. I'm just very relaxed in my approach to the game and not looking for a militaristic type of guild.

We're far beyond a militaristic guild, we just like to get best results possible without burning out urselves.
The time everyone puts in is up to them, people can even just log 1-2 nights per week when content is on farming.
