EU <Supernova> 8/8 BWL - Moving to PlayTBC

[About:
Supernova is a EU-Horde PvE Guild used to play vanilla WoW on private server Nostalrius up to the day that the server was closed. From now on, we move to PlayTBC private server on the PVP server called Amazon.

The guild is aiming to be a competitive raiding guild, however we will do it the smart and casual way instead of just putting in an immense amount of hours. During raids, the goal is the achieve a relaxed atmosphere during trash clearing and farm runs and more tight but not strict atmosphere when we progress. We do not plan to raid every day or multiple hours, efficiency is what we are interested on.

Experience:
The guild's management team has high-end Vanilla and TBC WoW raiding experience.

What we expect from you?
- Willingness to improve and have strong knowledge about your class
- High attendance & stable connection as we only raid 2 times a week (3 times during progress)
- Turning up on time is important
- Be prepared with the best available consumables especially for progress raids
- Read our guild forums weekly and have a working mic for Mumble during raids
- Situational awareness; we look for players who correctly avoid boss mechanics on a consistent basis

Bonus - Big plus is being aware of strategies/tactics and contribute on improving the guild's performance and/or progress.

Gear is not everything; we value the qualities of an individual over gear. An ungeared good player can perform way better than a geared bad player, prove your qualities and we will reward you with BiS items. If you are an experienced vanilla player who know what to do but you lack the gear, dont hesitate to apply/contact us.

Loot System:
We use loot council after months of using DKP since we want to award excellence and dedication.

Monday - 19:30 - 23:00
Wednesday - 19:30 - 23:00
Sunday - 19:30 - 23:00 (only during progress)

Hey,
Sorry for not sending a PM but I am not yet allowed to. The only reason that i just registered in the forums for is this specific guild add. Will keep it as short as possible.
1. Really like the guild name and the attitude description;
2. I am a warlock that will soon be looking for exactly such guild (level 51 with 4 days played time);
3. Have experience in classic Naxx until Saphiron (including), have also played on Feenix for quite some time. Full t2.5 warlock there with some t3 pieces;
4. Once I get to 60 it is a matter of days that I get the pre-raid BiS since I know exactly what to look for.

So my question:
Would you like a dedicated warlock player to join you when still 'young' or would you like me to first level up, get the pre-raid BiS and then try applying?
I can tell you from now that if I get in, I am not going anywhere since this is exactly the guild type I am looking for. Good combo between dedication and chill.
