<Chromatic> is a guild made as a stepping stone to raiding on the server. It's focus is to help all players get their pre raid BiS. I want it to act as a preliminary guild to Raiding guilds on the server. Somewhere for guilds to pick new raid ready players from. We all know the turn over in 40 mans is high so I thought this would be a perfect idea for all raiders on the server. I don't know of any other guilds like this, in theory it will streamline progression on the whole server and for individuals a like.
