[EU] <Brilliance> PVE 11/11 is recruiting!

Brilliance was originally formed on Feenix's Emerald Dream server, where we cleared Molten Core, Onyxia and Blackwing Lair. With the release of Nostalrius the guild reformed here.
With the sizeable playerpool we had and our vast WoW experience, we quickly filled the raid and cleared Molten Core and Onyxia
- Details
The guild is run by our officer team, which consists of the GM, officers and classleaders. The officer team is still under construction and we do accept applications for classleader and officer positions from long-term members.
Our lootdistribution is done by the officer team. If you need an item for mainspec/offspec, simply link your currently equipped item followed by a short description, such as "[itemlink] MS 8/8 set".
We raid from 19:00 to 23:00 Servertime / GMT+1 / CET on Wednesdays and Sundays. As a trial/raider you are expected to sign up for raids on our forum and let us know if you're going away for a while in the ";Missing the Raid? Leave a message" forum thread.
While alot of us are Scandinavians, we do have players from all over the world. As long as you understand enough english to get by, you're welcome.
- Goals and expectations
We aim to consistently be a top PvE guild on Horde side. When new content is released, we expect our raiders to use all available buffs and consumables to ensure that we are among the first guilds to clear the instance.
In the future we aim to setup instance events. In other words competative instance farming grps. As in fastest cleared ZG, UBRS, full Strat. 5-10man onyxia, only within the guild.
We strive to keep our community healthy and respectable, with players from all around Europe and ofcourse a handful of players from the rest of the world. Therefore we recruit people that can represent the tag with their personality and their understanding of the game. There's always something going on within the guild, instance farming, PVP, leveling new characters or playing other games together to fortify us as a group.
When it comes to farming content, we don't require raiders to use every buff and consumable, although it is encouraged. We keep things controlled and fun and we don't do flasked speedruns. Despite this, we still have one of the fastest MC clear times on Horde.
In other words, we are what you call a semi-hardcore guild. We do not require your entire life to be dedicated to WoW, but we do expect a few things:
* Dedication and loyalty to the guild
* A very high attendance percentage (>80%)
* Performing your best in raids
* All buffs and consumables (including flasks) during progression raids
* Good knowledge about vanilla raiding
* A friendly attitude and mature behavior.
- Recruitment
Good and thorough applications of any class and spec will be considered, but specifically we're looking for:
1 Resto Shaman
1 Healing Priest
1 Resto Druid
The above are for core raider spots. You will be expected to have >80% attendance and bring relevant consumables. Selfsufficiency is key to being a vanilla raider, but we aim to keep our list of mandatory consumables short and its usage temporary.
