Regarding some quests in Searing Gorge

I went to quest today in searing gorge and I noticed that some of the quests that I was able to do inside the cauldron on the pvp server I couldn't find on this server. I was wondering if maybe some of the quests aren't implemented on this server or if I need to do something before I unlock them?
