The player Engmano of <Limited Edition> Ninja looted the Truefaith Vestments pattern today.

Here's the proof that he needed on it while he already had it and the rest of his group greeded.

I would include that he had the chest before he needed on that since without looking at his realmplayers, people will assume that he needed on it to get the chest.

First off, there has been an unspoken rule of need before greed for BoE drops since release. Second, that person rolled need after he/she saw everyone else roll greed.

Because the rest of the team greeded it. Nobody needed it to learn/use, so they all greed with the intent of getting it to sell.
