Summoning the princess

Hi, I've done the quest The lost Fragments (which is the quest required for startin Summoning the princess) and completed and delivered it to Theldurin the Lost. But now he wont give me the follow up which is Summoning the princess. Is the quest bugged or am I doing something wrong?
