Having a fantastic time at Nost so far, but 2 questions:

1) Is this multiboxing, standing With one character waiting for a Group for a Dungeon while lvling my other character?

2) As horde, setting my main in the BG line, while lvling since the line is around 20-30 min waiting doing nothing.

There are a few specific situations where you may have two characters in-game simultaneously, *only while both characters are in a major city*:

Can i just ask quickly, what are those specific situations?
because i have 2 chars on one acc
and one of the chars has enchanting. So i cant use it on my other char? Would that be multiboxing?

The specific situation is Enchanting and Trading items, so yes, you can enchant your main if you log your alt out as soon this is done.

You can't enchant your other character anyway since you can only be online on 1 character per account.

So in another word, I can create new Acc and Enchant my ALT meanwhile both characters are in a major city ?

Yes indeed. One of the very few exceptions where multiboxing is allowed.
