How can I get my accounts on Elysium?

Hi.

I was watching Alexensual youtube video, he mentioned that I need to register to Elysium forums, then email them my name account + password or email.

So my problem might be I got 2 accounts and I have the information for one of them and the second one I think I have username and password but not e-mail.

Exactly how is this going to work? what about if I am not complety sure of usernames, pasword which of my email accounts I used?????
