Can you confirm if there are any issues on your end? Are the servers still under heavy load this long after registration opened? I've tried everything and I'm worried I won't be able to recover my characters. I'm considering trying this at an internet cafe or getting a friend to try it on their computer but I really don't see how it could be detecting the code coming from a different IP. I'm generating and entering the codes in two different tabs in the same browser. I've tried multiple browsers and different devices and every time I get the same message, I've lost count of how many times I've tried.

I tried everything as well and it didnt work. I waited about an hour and it was fixed... Did u try setting ur ip address to static?

Just to confirm the issue is now resolved for me and I have transfered my characters.
After trying it about a hundred times it finally worked after about the 40th time in incognito mode in google chrome. I guess it was just due to server load.
