I was on vacation and missed the window to transfer my toon. I spend a lot of time on the guy and would definitely not play if I had to level again. I also would really appreciate information on whether this issue is being worked on or not!

I'm having the same issue. I was actually waiting for the launch of Crestfall, but decided to give Elysium a chance and wanted to retreive my old Nostalrius characters, but alas. I guess I'll just keep waiting for the Crestfall open beta.
