I really don't get why they didn't give a short answer to the token generator situation.

I want to know if the generator will be available at all. I can start over, but if they plan to fix the generator i'll wait.

I am fairly sure Viper and Daemon are the only two people left at Nost. Rest of the team went to elysium. I also would assume they're on vacation due to the fact tehy just had a hectic month.
