2.4.3 client fix for Feenix / Hell client

If you like me have installed either Fee / Hell clients of the game they both use are using modified clients.
They also have extra files which I believe need deleting (inwhich I did to get my client up and running)

Make sure your files look exactly like this many thanks to Rellim for the images!

If you see extra files like (wow-patch.MPQ) delete them.

list of files I deleted
wow-patch.MPQ (This is on the 1st file location below or around your EXE file)
(3 addon files which are up to you if you want to delete, they are the none blizz ones)
patch-4.MPQ, not sure why theres a patch "4" file here (This is in the Data file at the bottem)

Also move your realm list file to the main file area as shown in the screen shot.
If you don't have this file copy and paste another "WTF file type" and open it edit it and paste "set realmlist 178.33.122.86:3725" with out the quote marks! Then save file as "realmlist.wtf" again with out quote marks.
I made my file for the "WTF folder -> Config.wtf" location

Try running the game with the downloaded EXE file extention from here.

(rename the old broken exe with a extra number at the end or somthing.)
Try launching the game with the new EXE.
If this fails try launching the broken EXE and see if that accepts your logging.
Then try the NEW EXE again and see if this some how now launch's (like for me)

This might be alot of rambling but some how I got the game client to finally work by doing exactly this.

i downloaded the 2.4.3. feenix client via torrent at max speed, only changed the realmlist to nost and it works perfectly.

I have noticed quite a few people experiencing issues trying to connect, not knowing how to connect, not having a download link, etc. Here is a step by step guide on how to get on TBC PTR server. Keep in mind this server is in no way shape or form expected for characters to persist. They may get deleted and it may happen without notice. This is a (P)layer(T)est(R)ealm for a reason.

It took a while, but the client linked is a fresh install patched up to 2.4.3 with nothing else modified except the realmlist. Enjoy and good luck!

Because alot of people were having game loading issues with the extra files that were inplace.
also the server list file was in the wrong place aswell.
This was mainly on the "Hell" client on the game, but alot of people were saying the EXE was broken on the Feenix client aswell.

Please re-read what I had to do inorder to get the client working. It's a bit odd you asking me "why did you have to do this" lel.
