So... everyone knows that when you go into cat or bear form, all of your weapon's base damage is ignored, and your attack speed is set to 1 or 2.5 respectively. I think that some people are under the impression that when one uses Dartol's rod to look like a nightelf again, that the damage from the weapon damage starts counting, because it looks like the weapon is being used. It's not the case as far as I know, though. It's just a fun aesthetic thing that is similar to how the noggenfogger should work, but doesn't.

I don't think anyone here is stupid. Please stop hostilities!

it doesn't increase dmg, only appearance. but still worth a 1 week ban + last warning

Noggenfogger only broke when shapeshifting during patch 2.0.1 I think, so It should actually be working, if you check feral pvp videos of 1.12 they are all using noggenfogger.
