Why is my account banned?

Ok, so i just logged off and came on again 5 minutes later and it says that i cant login. According to the Nostalrius website this account has been perma-banned and i have no idea why, i have done nothing against the rules of Nostalrius Begins...

In the days before this ban, i farmed about 850-900g on my mage in DME trying to get money for my epic mount and some expensive enchants, this was all legitimate however. I recently joined <Argonauts> and really was looking forward to the 100% mount for PvP and was starting to raid again. All of the money is still on my hunter's account as i was saving up... Officers from this guild can vouch for me if needed. Maybe this helps?

I really want to continue playing on this server, and i get that mistakes are made sometimes. I hope this clarifies the issue and can help to rectify the situation.

Honestly, this is really annoying me. I have not done anything against the server rules and now i get banned for something i didnt do. And i lose everything for which i worked hard and put in a lot of time. And above that, all i get is a standard automated message as a reply.

That sucks man, I couldnt even imagine.
I just started this server the other day. Got a mage to 22 then got banned out of the blue.
They really need to stop banning the people who are actually gonna help their game.

Yeah man, im super dissapointed at this point...cause it doesnt look like i will get another response or get unbanned And ive put a lot of time and effort into this server.
