Did you notice that he is AQ geared aswell ? Feral druid get huge boost from AQ maces. I haven't seen a decent feral druid so far, its not a problem for me to run flags even with full raiding resto spec.

You can get pretty much the same bonus from putting a 9+ damage enchant and a weightstone on a 2H, but that's only in cat.
