Quel'serrar quest [PVE]

Hello -

so I dropped the blade and had it breathed on but when we killed onyxia she fell on top of the heated blade and I couldnt target the blade without zooming in and sitting down but it wouldnt let me loot it cuz it would tell me I had to be standing up to loot..but when I stood up I couldnt target the blade anymore. sadly, it despawned shortly after (definately not 20 mins). So I didn't get to pick up the blade and stab her to complete my quest.

I was MTing her - so is there a way to fix this so I can get the quest completed?

You need to abandon the quest and pick it up again. You can do this infinite times since the quest is a separate one from the book hand-in.

I know I can get it next week(granted it doesnt fuck up again..as I MT..its hard to move back n forth to drop it lol) - but I have to wait a week!@!@

Yeah this is pretty BS. Could not target the treated blade.

I was there in the raid with him as well and he couldn't click on the sword under Onyxia's body. Please assist when possible

The GMs will never ever assist you with this. They got important shit to do. Just abandon the quest and re-take it.

GM's don't complete the quest for you, you can only try it again until it works.

no..you have to pick up the heated blade and stab her corpse to get the quest item
