patch 1.8, war effort, and 1.9 data collection

Data Compilation for bug reports.
(i'll put in the bug report later with quest ID and item ID's)

since last night's "1.8" patch release on Nostalrius, there have been a few discrepancies on the quests and items being available. I wanted to make a thread and list the sources + information about these before putting a bug report in. (maybe others can add information as well.)

Currently, the Calling quest is not even working correctly and was taken out (along with the NPC) who gives the quest out. some sources and timestamps below of the quests and items.

currently, the above quest is activated on Nostalrius PVP realm. this should be taken out/removed because it needs to come out during the 1.9 patch.

We're aware of these issues already. There was a quest that was available incorrectly the allowed players to skip the long quest chain and requires a server restart to fix. It should be fixed on Wednesday and the rest of the quest issues should be resolved as well.
